1. Physical and Chemical Properties of Water in Relation to Plants.

Water is made up of 2H and 1O, which have large electronegativity difference. On Pauling scale, Oxygen has 3.5 and Hydrogen has 2.1. So, Oxygen pulls the electron cloud towards itself, which makes water polar in nature.
